Harold Martindale Memorial Scholarship

Cedar-Knox PPD is proud to sponsor the Harold Martindale Memorial Scholarship at Northeast Technical Community College (NTCC) in Norfolk, Nebraska. The amount of the scholarship will be $2,000. The disbursement is $1,000 the first year of the program and $1,000 the second year of the program. The scholarship is awarded to a deserving student residing in the District service area outer boundaries who are enrolled in the lineman program. NTCC and CKPPD Directors designate the scholarship recipient.

The Harold Martindale Memorial Scholarship was established as a tribute to Harold Martindale's 46 years as manager of Cedar-Knox PPD and his dedication in making the District a leader in the state and nation.
