Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month. Policies and rates of the District are set by an elected nine member Board of Directors. Each of the three board districts are represented by three directors. They are:

Board District 1

Directors – Karl Koch, Kenneth Eickhoff, Ed Lammers

Subdivision 1 shall be comprised and consist of:

  • Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 including the Village of Wynot.
  • Precincts 6 and 7, excluding Section 1 and the Village of Obert, excluding the East ½ of Section 2, the NE ¼ of Section 11, excluding all of Sections 12 and 13.
  • Precincts 8 and 9, excluding the City of Hartington.
  • Precinct 9A including the Village of Fordyce.
  • Precinct 10, all being voting precincts in Cedar County, Nebraska.
  • North Hooker township include only the west ½ of Section 18 and the West ½ of Section 19.
  • Hooker Township include only the SW ¼ of Section 30 and NW ¼ of Section 31 in Dixon County, Nebraska.
Board District 2

Directors – Rich Erwin, President; Randy Papenhausen, Secretary; Larry Domina

Subdivision 2 shall be comprised and consist of:

  • Precincts 11, 12, 13, 14 excluding SE ¼ of Section 24 and the NE ¼ of Section 25 and the SE ¼ of Section 36;
  • Precinct 15 excluding the E ½ of Section 1 and excluding the NE ¼ of Section 12;
  • Precinct 16 including the Village of Coleridge,
  • Precincts 17, 18 including the Village of Magnet, and 19, excluding City of Randolph and Sections 31, 32, 33 and 34, and excluding the W ½ of the W ½ of Section 35;
  • Precinct 20, including the Village of Belden;
  • Precinct 21, but excluding the SE ¼ of Section 24, and the E ½ of Section 25; include only the NW ¼ of Section 36, exclude the S ½ of Section 35, exclude the SE ¼ of Section 34,
  • Precinct 21East, and 21West (City of Laurel), all being voting precincts in Cedar County, Nebraska.
  • Daily township include only the SW ¼ of Section 18, the NW ¼ of Section 19, the SW ¼ of Section 30 and the NW ¼ of Section 31.
  • Clark township include the SW ¼ of Section 7, the West ½ of Section 18, the West ½ of Section 19, the W ½ of the W ½ of Section 30 and W ½ of the W ½ of Section 31.
  • Concord township include only Sections 6 and 7, include the W ½ of Section 18 and the NW ¼ of Section 19 in Dixon County, Nebraska.
  • Sherman township include Section 1 and Section 2 except for the W ½ of the W ½ of Section 2.
  • Deer Creek include only the N ½ of the NE ¼ and the N ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 1 and the west ½ of the NW ¼ and the W ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 1, the East ½ of Section 2, the West ½ of Section 5 and all of Section 6.
  • Wilbur include only NW ¼ of Section 6 of Wayne County, Nebraska.
Board District 3

Directors – Terry Thunker, Vice President; Phil Nielsen; Randy Carlson, Treasurer

Subdivision 3 shall be comprised and consist of:

  • In Hill South township include only Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35 and 36.
  • In Harrison excluding only the W ½ of Section 3, and excluding all of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and excluding W ½ of Section 10.
  • In Spade township, include only the E ½ of the E ½ of Section 36.
  • In Central township exclude only Section 19, the SW ¼ of Section 25, the South ½ of Section 26, the S ½ of Section 27, the S ½ of Section 28, and all of Section 29, 30, 31, 32,33, 34, 35 and only the NW ¼ of Section 36.
  • In Cleveland include only Section 1, 12, 13 and NE ¼ of Section 24.
  • In Columbia township exclude only the SW ¼ of Section 19 and the SW ¼ of Section 31.
  • Include all of townships Herrick, Addison, Frankfort, North Frankfort, Eastern including the City of Crofton.
  • Include all of townships Dolphin, Dowling, Lincoln including village of Wausa and exclude only the SE ¼ of Section 35 and the South ½ of Section 36.
  • Include Morton township excluding the City of Bloomfield.
  • Include Peoria township, all being voting townships in Knox County, Nebraska.
  • In Plum Grove township include only the W ½ of Section 2, and all of Sections 3 and 4, the East ½ of Section 5, the E ½ of Sections 8, 9, 10 and West ½ of 11, and the NE ¼ of 16, North ½ of 15 and NW ¼ of 14.
  • In Thompson township include only the W ¼ of Section 1, and all of Sections 2 and 3, and the East ½ of Section 4 in Pierce County, Nebraska.
