Automatic Bank Withdrawal
A convenient payment option in which your electric bill payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account is available to Cedar-Knox PPD customers.
This recurring payment method is available at no cost to you. The withdrawal dates available are either the 20th or the 25th of each month.
Monthly statements will reflect current usage with the notation “Bank Paid. Deducted from account on” and the appropriate withdrawal date noted.
If you are interested in getting your account(s) set up on automatic bank withdrawal, print out the Automatic Bank Withdrawal form and send it to our office at PO Box 947, Hartington, NE 68739.
Recurring Credit Card Payment
Cedar-Knox PPD offers a payment option in which your electric bill is automatically charged to your credit card each month. This saves you, the customer, time and postage. You will still receive a monthly statement with your current usage and billing information. The notation “Paid by CR Card” will be listed along with the exact date your card will be charged at the top of your monthly statement.
If you are interested in signing up for this convenient payment option, fill out the Recurring Credit Card Payment release and form and send it to our office at PO Box 947, Hartington, NE 68739.
Beginning January 1, 2024, Cedar-Knox PPD will begin charging for the use of debit and credit cards. The fee will be a 3.25% convenience fee. For debit/credit card transactions under $100.00, an additional $0.50 will apply.
Online
Customers can access information on the CKPPD website anytime, day or night. Cedar-Knox PPD allows customers to check balances, due dates, usage history, and make payments with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check information. To use this option to make a payment, click on the orange “Pay My Bill” button at the top right of the home screen of this website. First time users will need to click on the green “Register” button in the middle of the screen to set up a new username and password to begin.

Mobile Customer App
You can access your account anytime with our convenient app that is available to download in your App store. As a first-time user, you will need to register using a unique username and password. Then CKPPD accounts can be tied to the login information using your account numbers and either the meter number or phone number on file with us. If you already have an online account with us, you can use the same username and password.
Pay by Phone
Customers can make payments by calling into the office during office hours at (402) 254-6291. Contact us when you want to pay and our office personnel can take a credit card, debit card, or electronic check information.

Payment by Cash or Check
As always, Cedar-Knox PPD accepts cash or checks to pay all bills. These can be mailed to us, dropped off during business hours at our office, or put into our drop box.
